Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to a typographical error, in the main petition the petitioner's village name and description was wrongly mentioned as P.S. Baruraj whereas it should have been P.S. Gayghat, Circle Baruraj, in the district of Muzaffarpur. It is submitted that because of this typographical error in the petition, the same mistake has taken place in the title portion of the order dated 05.11.2018 passed in Cr.W.J.C. No.2183 of 2018.
Learned counsel for the State is present and has no
Patna High Court MJC No.3216 of 2019(2) dt.18-10-2019 2/2 objection to the correction of the aforesaid typographical error. In the aforesaid circumstance, let correction be carried out and in the title portion of the order-sheet the P.S. Baruraj be replaced by P.S. Gayghat. Rest of the order shall remain intact. This application stands disposed off.
