The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No. 89 of 2022 registered under Section 25(1-b)A/26/27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is quite innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to local politics. From perusal of seizure list, it is apparent that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Further he submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56285 of 2022(2) dt.14-02-2023 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Arwal in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No. 89 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
