ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 02-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 229 of 2012 for the offences registered under Sections 447, 323, 324, 379, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Dairy of the present case was called for, which has since been received.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against these petitioners of having attacked the informant. There is case and counter case between the parties.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19425 of 2016 (4) dt.02-09-2016 In view of the nature of allegation and there is no cogent material in the case dairy to implicate the petitioners in the present case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., 13, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case no. 229 of 2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
