2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, 5 years ago, sister of the informant got married with co-accused Chintu Thakur. It is alleged that co-accused Chintu Thakur used to harass and torture sister of informant after consuming liquor. It is further alleged that on 31.01.2024 informant was informant that in the morning at about 8 AM his sister has committed suicide. It is alleged that all the accused persons named in the F.I.R., including these petitioners, have committed murder of sister of informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case merely because they happen to be brothers of husband of deceased. Petitioners are separate in mess and property and have got no concern with the affairs of the deceased and her husband. It is further submitted that from bare perusal of the F.I.R. it is apparent that thrust of the accusation is against co-accused Chintu Thakur, who is already in custody since 05.03.2024. Petitioners claim clean antecedents.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, nature of accusation and clean antecedents of the petitioners, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners is allowed.

7. Accordingly, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Lakhisarai, in connection with Halsi P.S. Case No. 27 of
