The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 420/409 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation of defalcation of public money of the government scheme is against co-accused Ram Vinay Kamat. Petitioner is not named in the FIR. Name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation. It is further submitted that co-accused Ramyash Sahu has already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court, vide order dated 05.04.2019 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 21503 of 2019. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

No.67577 of 2021(4) dt.17-10-2022 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - II, Jhanjharpur, District - Madhubani in connection with Phulparas P.S. Case No. 237 of 2016, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
