The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 42 of 2022 registered under Sections 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to local politics. The matter relates to Essential Commodities Act. Further he submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below
