1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.
2. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 504, 506, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and is a woman and similarly situated co-accused Minu Kumari, who has been granted the privilege of anticipatory bail by an order dated 27.06.2024 in Cr. Misc. No.37396 of 2024 and thus, seeks parity.
4. Learned A.P.P. opposes the anticipatory bail application.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner, above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, is directed to be released on bail on her furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Baligaon P. S. Case No.07 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
6. The application stands allowed.
