JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03/ 30.06.2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Chenari P. S. case no. 22/2014 registered under sections 406, 409, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 472/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners were working as Revenue Karamchari at the time of alleged occurrence and according to the prosecution case, entire forgery was committed at the paddy purchase center.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12559 of 2015 (3) dt.30-06-2015 within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram, Rohtas in Chenari P. S. case no. 22/2014 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
