The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354 A, 354 D(ii), 376 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged against the petitioner that he blackmailed her through edited obscene photos and videos and repeatedly raped her and also made some obscene videos and circulated it to her husband, relatives and friends. He has also hacked the mobile

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67293 of 2021(4) dt.20-09-2022 2/3 numbers of the husband, relatives, in-laws and friends and started torturing them also. The petitioner also hacked Aadhar card and social media account of the informant and started demanding money.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The informant is a married lady and petitioner used to give tuition to her children and when he asked for his long due fees, this false case has been lodged against the petitioner.

In contra, learned A.P.P appearing on behalf of the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner and submitted that by threatening to make the obscene pictures and video of the informant viral, this petitioner has repeatedly raped the informant which is a heinous crime. The independent witnesses have also supported the case of the informant. Considering the nature of accusation, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to
