JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 342, 338, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of making assault. Except one, other injuries have been found to be simple.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation is omnibus and general levelled in the background of some communal dispute. There is counter version of the occurrence also. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named
