The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 25(1-B)a/26 of the Arms Act.

From the possession of the petitioner, one countrymade pistol and live cartridges were recovered and for that the petitioner is in jail since 16.06.2013. It appears that the petitioner has got criminal antecedents, but he has remained in jail for about one year and nine months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12001 of 2015 (2) dt.10-04-2015 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 251/2013.
