Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nalanda P.S. Case No. 5 of 2017 registered under Section 135 of the Electricity Act, 2003.

The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected on merit vide order dated 8th March, 2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10037 of 2017.

Now this Court does not find any fresh materials to consider the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner. The same is, accordingly, rejected.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16428 of 2017 (2) dt.12-04-2017 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted before this Court that he is ready to deposit the amount in installments.

In that event petitioner may file necessary petition before the Court below during hearing of the bail petition. The Court below shall consider the prayer and dispose of the same on its own merit in accordance with law, without being prejudiced by this order.
