Heard Mr Satya Prakash Parasar, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Mr Md Nadim Seraj, learned GP V for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on certain allegations regarding obtaining the employment by

Patna High Court CWJC No.18735 of 2019(5) dt.08-06-2020 2/2 misrepresenting her height, petitioner has been proceeded against in Departmental Proceeding No 59 of 2018. The submission is that no subsistence allowance is being paid. Short submission is that petitioner's claim, in the said background for subsistence allowance made before the Superintendent of Police, Bagaha (West Champaran), be disposed of.

Annexure 4 is a copy of the said claim made by the petitioner. The same does not bear any receiving. It is not possible to conclude that the same has been received in the office of the Superintendent of Police, Bagaha. The petitioner should, therefore, make representation afresh to facilitate consideration.

If representation is made within four weeks, the Superintendent of Police, Bagaha (Respondent No 4) be obliged to take final decision thereon and pay the amount found due and admissible to the petitioner within four weeks thereafter. Writ petition stands disposed of.
