The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 798 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the FIR, son of this petitioner Mohit Prasad fired upon the informant causing firearm injury on his thigh and petitioner was also behind his son.

It is submitted that specific allegation of firing is against co-accused Mohit Prasad. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67859 of 2021(2) dt.18-07-2022 2/2 below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ara, Bhojpur in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 798 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
