In this case, the petitioners are seeking bail in connection with Patory P.S. Case No. 155 of 2013 registered for offences under sections 341, 323, 324, 326, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
There is a direct allegation against the petitioner no.2 Rina Jaiswal. She has attempted to throw acid on the sister of the Informant but by the time the mother of the Informant pushed his sister and was saved but the mother came in the trap of the acid attack and burnt from the acid.
Allegation has been made against the petitioner no.1 Kedar Choudhary of throwing bricks on the mother of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18400 of 2016 (2) dt.03-05-2016 Informant.
Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner no.1, namely, Kedar Choudhary, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in connection with Patory P.S. Case No. 155 of 2013.
This Court is, however, not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner no.2.
Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner no.2, Rina Jaiswal is rejected.
