JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-03-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 7 of the E.C. Act. It is alleged that the petitioner being PDS dealer did not distribute the grains allocated for the month of March, 2014. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the distribution was not made on the order of the C.O.-cumBlock Supply Officer. It is further submitted that the petitioner is dealer since last thirty years and PDS dealership of the petitioner has been cancelled. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named
