2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, looted articles were recovered from godown of the petitioner. Petitioner has got five criminal antecedents.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner's name sprang up in this case during course of investigation. Charges have already been framed in the case. Petitioner is in custody since 21.5.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the nature of accusation and period of custody of the petitioner, his prayer for regular bail is allowed.
