The present petition has been filed for initiating contempt proceeding against opposite parties on an allegation of willful disobedience to an order dated 18.9.2014 passed in MJC No. 1621 of 2013. The said MJC i.e. MJC No. 1621 of 2013 was earlier filed for initiating contempt proceeding against opposite parties on an allegation of disobedience to an order passed in CWJC No. 11212 of 2010. The said MJC was disposed of in view
Patna High Court MJC No.4970 of 2014 (2) dt.06-05-2015 2/2 of the fact that the court was satisfied that order of the writ court had already been complied. However, while disposing of the contempt petition it was observed that if the petitioner feels aggrieved, she would be at liberty to avail appropriate remedy. I do not find any ground to entertain the present petition.
In view of disposal of earlier contempt petition, the petition stands dismissed.
