04-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt. Nirmala Kumari, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The petitioner, who is in custody in Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 681 of 2014 registered for the offence under Sections 420/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code, section 11 of the Gambling Act and sections 25(1-B)A, 26 of the Arms Act, 1959, has prayed for grant of bail.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated on an accusation of recovery of arms. He submits that the petitioner has got clean antecedent. Keeping in view the nature of accusation, let the petitioner, namely; Satan Chaudhary be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief
