JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 20-08-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the counsel appearing on behalf of the State as well as Sanskrit Shiksha Board.

Grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is indecisiveness on the part of the respondent State in the matter of grant of recognition.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that Sanskrit Shiksha Board has scrutinized the application for recognition and the same was forwarded to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.16971 of 2019(2) dt.20-08-2019 2/2 State Government with appropriate recommendation but the issue is pending at the level of the State Government. Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Special Director, Secondary Education to take appropriate decision with regard to grant of recognition to the institution in question at the earliest preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order as the State cannot keep the matter of recognition pending for infinitum.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
