2. Having regard to the nature of the prayer, this Court is not inclined to consider the matter on merits. The discretion to consider the request for transfer of the petitioner ordinarily lies with the authority concerned. It appears from the writ petition that the petitioner has not approached the concerned authority for redressal of his grievances.
