The Petitioners seek quashing of the order dated 22.11.2014 passed by the Sessions Judge, Aurangabad, in Criminal Revision No. 74 of 2014 by which he has affirmed the order dated 15.5.2014 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Daudnagar, Aurangabad, permitting further examination of the Opposite Party No. 3 under the Provisions of Section 311 Cr. P.C. in connection with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51563 of 2014 dt.03-09-2015 2/2 Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 90 of 2010, G.R. No. 486 of 2010, Tr. No. 1017 of 2014.

Since this is a second Revision in the garb of an application under Section 482 Cr. P.C and no patent illegality could be pointed out, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. The application stands dismissed.
