In the present writ application, the petitioner has prayed for a direction to the respondents to consider his case for grant of affiliation for the academic session 2016-18. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Division Bench of this Court has already decided the similar issue in C.W.J.C. No. 19046 of 2018 and considering the

Patna High Court CWJC No.16280 of 2019(2) dt.09-08-2019 2/2 aforesaid, this Court has also decided the same issue vide order dated 16.07.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 10493 of 2019 and other analogous cases.

For consistency in the decision making process, the present writ application is also disposed of in the manner of order dated 16.07.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 10493 of 2019. The respondents are directed to consider the case of the petitioner institution for grant of affiliation in accordance with law.
