The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) For quashing the order dated 22.06.2019 passed by district Programme Officer Vaishali, Passed in Case No 42/2018 (selection) where by and where under direction was given to the C.D.P.O. Lalganj to issue appointment letter in favour of Punam Kumari.

(ii) For quashing the order dated

Patna High Court CWJC No.13817 of 2023(2) dt.11-03-2024 2/2 17.04.2023 passed the District Magistrate, Vaishali, passed in Aanganwadi Appeal Case No.

324/2020/10/2020-21 whereby and where under the appeal filed by the petitioner has been dismissed."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a civil suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
