This is an application seeking some relaxation in the conditions imposed vide order dated 11/11/2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 23893 of 2014, in connection with Turkaulia (Banjaria) P.S. Case No. 611 of 2012 pending before Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran (Motihari). It is submitted that under some unavoidable circumstances the informant's husband is not ready to stood as bailor of the petitioners. In view of the above, as prayed for, the condition, as imposed vide order dated 11/11/2014, regarding "husband of the informant also stood as one of the bailors" (mentioned at page no. 2 in second and third line of the order dated 11/11/2014) be treated deleted. Further, the period to avail the liberty granted to the petitioners vide order dated 11/11/2014 is extended till 28/01/2015, subject to deposit of Rs. 8,000/- (Rupees Eight Thousand) each with District Legal Services Authroity, East Champaran (Motihari).
