The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 354, 504 and 427/34 of the Indian Penal Code. For land dispute, the petitioner, who is the agnate of informant along with others, allegedly, committed assault. Specific allegation of commission of injury on the head is against co-accused Bunail Sah and Sonu Sah.
Considering the background of allegation and general and omnibus allegation of the same, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9361 of 2017 (2) dt.10-03-2017 2/2 (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj/Successor Court in connection with Mirganj Police Station Case No. 188 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
