JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 25-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 367 of 2017 (Special Case No. 138 of 2017) instituted for the offence under Sections 354, 354(A), 354(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of POCSO Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is labourer and worked in Patna. Petitioner is in custody since 4.9.2017. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner that he caught hand of daughter of the informant and started teasing her.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48562 of 2018 (3) dt.25-09-2018 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-1st-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Patna, in connection with Masaurhi P.S.
