The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent to make payment an amount of Rs. 3,97,450/- for the supply made by the petitioner of FRP boats for Subhash Park, Biharsharif as well as for an amount of Rs. 1,96,000/- for supply of equipment for Shram Kalyan Maidan, Biharsharif; and for connected reliefs.
3. At the very outset, this Court takes note of the counter affidavit wherein the claim of the petitioner is disputed on grounds that the supply made was of inferior quality and

4. In the above view of the matter, the claim of the petitioner clearly involves the disputed questions of facts which this Court will not enter into in its extraordinary writ jurisdiction.
5. The writ petition stands dismissed.
