JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 25-03-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 384, 386 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner and one Satyendra Singh demanded Rs. 3 lacs as extortion through phone from the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that even assuming the accusation, no offence under Sections 384 and 386 IPC is made out.

The aforesaid facts constitute good ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner if he surrenders within a period of six
