JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 12-09-2019 The present writ petition has been filed for seeking the following reliefs:- "(A) For commanding and directing the respondents to grant Arms-License in place of the Arms-License coming in name of the petitioner's father.
(B) For commanding and directing the respondents to take all necessary steps for transfer of Arms-Licence in favour of the petitioner in place of the Arms-Licence which is coming in the name of the petitioner's father."
This Court deems it fit and proper to relegate the petitioner to the remedy of filing an appropriate application for the aforesaid purposes before the District Magistrate, Patna within a period of four weeks from today whereafter the District Magistrate, Patna shall take appropriate decision upon
Patna High Court CWJC No.18223 of 2019(2) dt.12-09-2019 2/2 the application of the petitioner within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
