2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Jale P.S. Case No. 104/2014 for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/224/225/332/333/323/353/354(b) and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Petitioners including petitioners No. 2 and 3 are unmarried female were got released from the police station by the villagers.
4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
5. Considering the fact that the petitioners are young
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59740 of 2024(2) dt.04-09-2024 2/2 persons and two of the petitioners are unmarried female, this application is allowed.
6. Let the petitioners, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. 1st, Darbhanga in connection with Jale P.S. Case No. 104/2024, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
