2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Darauli P.S. Case No. 32 of 2025 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 103(1)/61(2)/3(5) of the B.N.S. but charge-sheet has been submitted u/s 108(1)/3(5) of the B.N.S.

3. As per prosecution story, the informant alleges that his sister's marriage was solemnized 10 years back. On 12.02.2025, F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner committed murder of his sister by pressing her neck.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased. Thrust of accusation is against other co-accused persons. As a matter of fact,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57283 of 2025(4) dt.07-11-2025 2/2 deceased committed suicide after hanging due to annoyance in family feud. Petitioner has clean antecedent and she is in custody since 14.02.2025

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, period of custody, petitioner is a lady having clean antecedent, her prayer for regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Siwan in Darauli P.S. Case No. 32 of 2025.
