JUSTICE KISHORE KUMAR MANDAL ORAL ORDER 21-07-2015 Heard Mr. Randhir Kumar Singh learned counsel for the petitioner .No one has appeared on behalf of the State. Precisely the grievance of the petitioner is against the decision of the respondent - Regional Transport Authority, Darbhanga granting permanent Regional State Carriage Permit to respondent no.4 on the route Darbhanga to Kusheshwar Asthan via Darbhanga Railway station. The petitioner also holds permit of the same route. The grant of permit and the timing is the concern of the petitioner propelling him to file the present writ petition .

He has, however, agreed to disposal of the writ application by permitting him to approach the Regional Authority under the Act i.e. the Regional Transport Authority, Darbhanga for ventilation of his grievance and directing the said authority to examine the said grievance of the petitioner in accordance with law . Neither the counsel for the private respondent nor counsel for the State is present to oppose the said prayer of the petitioner.

Accordingly, the writ application is disposed of by permitting the petitioner to raise the grievance before the respondent -Regional Transport Authority , Darbhanga as raised in the writ petition within three weeks whereafter the said respondent will consider/examine the said grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law as quickly as possible preferably within one month from the date of receipt/production of such filing along with copy of this order.
