Mr. Sri Bisheshwar Ram ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 12-12-2018 The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S.Case No. 530 of 2017 registered under Section 302 of the Indian penal Code.

Allegation as per the FIR is that informant received information from the tenant of his Bhabhi that his Bhabhi has fallen from staircase, upon this, informant went into the room of his Bhabhi and found her lying dead inside the room and during investigation, name of the petitioner transpired on confessional statement of one co-accused.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that in his confessional statement, Raju Mahto disclosed that deceased resides alone and apart from this, there is nothing against the petitioner and he is in custody since 06.02.2018 and other co- accused, who is said to have killed the deceased, has

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, abovenamed, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Judge-IV cum ACJM, Patna in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S. Case No. 530 of 2017 with condition that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
