The Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kinjar P.S. Case No. 15 of 2016 registered for offences punishable under Sections 341,323,420,467,468,504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation petitioner nos.6 and 7 have executed sale deed in favour of petitioner nos.3,4 and 5 being the sons of petitioner no.1. As per allegation, though complainant is one of the five daughters of the petitioner nos. 6 and 7, they have

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18715 of 2016 (2) dt.12-05-2016 2/2 executed sale deed only in favour of the sons of one of the daughter namely, Malti Devi.

It is case of civil nature and the complainant had also filed a partition suit in which she has sought declaration that the sale deeds are null & void and not operative upon her. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, namely, Keshaw Ray,Malti Devi,Asutosh Kumar, Mohit Kumar Ray, Kundan Kumar, Chandeshwar Yadav and Alfi Devi be released on bail in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from today in Kinjar P.S. Case No. 15 of 2016, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand Rupees) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal subject to the conditions as laid down under sub-section (2) of Section 438 of the Code of criminal Procedure.
