Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner is father of co-accused-Babloo Kumar Yadav. Allegation is against Babloo Kumar Yadav to have kidnapped two minor children of the family of the informant to pressurize the informant to get his daughter married with Babloo Kumar Yadav. When the matter was complained to the petitioner, the petitioner also abused. Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner as well as the fact that he is in custody since 16.04.2018, his investigation is complete, let the petitioner,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50037 of 2018 (3) dt.31-08-2018 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Pirpainti (Bhakharpur) Police Station Case No.83 of 2018, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
