COURTS JURISDICTION Any dispute in regard to this recruitment will be subject to courts/tribunals having jurisdiction over the City/Town in which the concerned Regional/Sub-Regional Office of the SSC is situated and where the candidate has submitted his/her application."
learned counsel for the petitioner, in respect of the following prayer made in this writ application, reading as follows:- "1(A) For issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for setting aside the letter dated 07.11.2014 issued by
Patna High Court CWJC No.796 of 2015 (2) dt.11-02-2015 the Regional Director, Staff Selection Commission Office, Kolkata by which candidature of the petitioner has been cancelled without any valid reason attributable on the part of the petitioner and has forfeited the claim of appointment of the petitioner against the Vacancy for the Post of Constable (G.D.) in CAPFs and Rifleman (GD) in Assam Riffles-2013.
(B) For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to give appointment letter treating the selection of the petitioner as valid and legal since she has submitted all required documents as demanded by the Staff Selection Commission through letter dated 20.12.013 including the domicile certificate during selection process whenever required to show and submitted attested photo copies of the required documents before the Commission authorities at appropriate time.
(C) For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondents to give all service related benefits to the petitioner treating the service of the petitioner as joined with other selected candidates as published in Final Result for recommendation for appointment since there is no Final Result for recommendation for appointment since there is no latches attributable on the part of the petitioner rather it is fault of Respondents authorities only."
seeks permission to withdraw this application in order to enable the petitioner to move appropriate forum/tribunal/court for redressal of the grievance raised herein.
Patna High Court CWJC No.796 of 2015 (2) dt.11-02-2015 This application is, accordingly, permitted to be withdrawn with the aforementioned liberty.
