Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-392/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is neither named nor anything appears to have been recovered from his conscious possession and apart from this, the petitioner was put on test identification parade but the informant could not identify the petitioner.

It appears that in course of investigation, except confessional statement and so-called CCTV footage, there is nothing against the petitioner who is languishing in jail custody since 15-06-2015.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be

No.18991 of 2016 (2) dt.05-05-2016 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Gopalpur P.S.
