This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Naubatpur P.S.Case No.331 of 2016, S.T. no.209 of 2018for the offences under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is of firing on the son of the informant and also on one person who succumbed to the injuries.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been falsely implicated in this case and he is in custody since 22.7.2017. Further submission is that while the son of the petitioner tried to intervene in the matter, the petitioner and the other co-accused persons made indiscriminate firing causing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52873 of 2018 (3) dt.09-10-2018 2/2 injury to one Ranjan Kumar, who succumbed to the injuries. Heard learned A.P.P. and the learned counsel for the informant..

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
