The present petition has been filed for grant of regular bail on behalf of the petitioner in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 249 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 399, 402, 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. The allegation is regarding the Police having apprehended the petitioner and from his possession, one country made pistol, a Chinese mobile and one CD Deluxe motorcycle are said to have been recovered.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and he is languishing in custody since 21.06.2019.

No.52775 of 2019(3) dt.20-11-2019 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the present case, I deem it fit and proper to direct for grant of regular bail to the petitioner herein immediately upon completion of six months from the date of arrest i.e. from 21.06.2019, subject to such conditions as may be imposed by the learned trial court i.e. the learned court of A.C.J.M.-III, West Muzaffarpur in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 249 of 2019.

With the above observations and directions, the present petition stands disposed off.
