Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State.
The petitioner is languishing in custody since 15.07.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 414, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-B)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.
On the information that in the garage of one Lalesh Prasad the registration number plates of luxury cars were being changed the raid was laid when four persons including the petitioner were apprehended and the possession of this petitioner one loaded country made pistol and non-judicial
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51592 of 2014 (02) dt.03-03-2015 2/2 stamps of Rs.100/- were recovered.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that actually the recovery was not made from the possession of the petitioner and others have been granted bail. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 252 of 2014.
