This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Muffasil P.S.Case No.334 of 2016 for the offences under Sections 304(B), 201, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner who happens to be husband is of causing dowry death.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that she died natural death and her dead body was cremated and the same was informed to the informant and now they have compromised the case. The petitioner is in custody since 21.3.2017.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage, however, since the petitioner is in custody for more than one year, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and try to dispose of the trial expeditiously. With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
