This application for grant of anticipatory bail arises out of C.R. Case No. 6032/2014, Tr. No. 3901 of 2014, disclosing offences under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code. This application arises out of a complaint case. It appears that vide order dated 26.11.2015, the petitioner was directed to take steps for service of notice upon opposite party no.

2. The said peremptory order having not complied with, this application as against opposite party no. 2, stood dismissed. In the facts and circumstances of the case and keeping in view, the conduct of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18406 of 2015 (5) dt.08-02-2016 the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. This application for anticipatory bail is, hereby, rejected.

The petitioner is directed to surrender before the court below within six weeks and seek regular bail, if so advised. If he does so, his application for regular bail shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by rejection of present application for grant of anticipatory bail.
