This application has been filed for quashing the order of cognizance dated 15.03.2014 passed in Rajpur P.S. Case No.206 of 2013/ G.R. No.2585of 2013 by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar for the offence under Section 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act. The Court below after examining the materials available on record has found prima facie case against the petitioners. This Court does not find any error in the order of cognizance passed by the Court below. Accordingly, this

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21531 of 2016 (2) dt.03-10-2016 2/2 application is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to raise all the points at the appropriate stage of the trial.
