JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
On recovery of the dead body of the daughter of the informant a suspicion raised against the petitioner since the victim being a married lady had some illicit relationship with the petitioner.
The aforesaid facts constitute good ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.
Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Lauriya P.S. Case No.150 of 2014, pending before the court of learned Chief
