JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is not named in the first information report but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the name of petitioner came in this case in confessional statement of coaccused and except the confessional statement, there is nothing against the petitioner. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation, some co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail by different Benches of this Court. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent which is evident from perusal of Para-3 of the petition.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two
