ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 16-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the State. The Petitioners seek revision of the Judgment dated 13.9.2006 by which the Additional Sessions judge, F.T.C. III, Bihar Sharif, Nalanda, in Sessions Trial No. 108 of 1993 convicted the Petitioners and required them to execute the bond. On going through the records of the case, I find that there is no cogent evidence in regard to the allegations punishable under Sections 147 and 337 Indian Penal Code and in such circumstances, the Petitioner should have been acquitted. In view of such, the application is allowed and the
