ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 26-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Korha P.S. case No.19 of 2015 registered under Section 376(D) of the Indian Penal Code, pending before the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar.

Considering the nature of allegations against the Petitioner, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.

The Petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below, failing which the Court below shall take stringent steps for ensuring arrest of the Petitioner.
