The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 337 and 338.

The petitioner, allegedly, caused injury with axe at the upper lip of the daughter of the informant. The Doctor has found single incised wound. There is no allegation of repetition of blow. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Hence, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty
