2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Paliganj P.S. Case No. 203 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420 and 316/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is a woman. She is accused of treating a patient though she is not a qualified doctor.

4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the parties have settled their dispute. The petitioner is in jail since 04.07.2024.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner is a woman and her custody, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Danapur, District-Patna in connection with Paliganj (Patna) P.S. Case No. 203 of 2020, subject to the condition that the petitioner will co-operate in the trial.

7. At the time of furnishing bail bonds, the petitioner will file an affidavit that she will not be a part of any nursing home or private hospital in future. If the petitioner is found to be indulged in medical practice, then her bail bonds shall be cancelled.
